Paint Correction Packages

-Paint corrections-

The removal of light scratches, swirls, chemical etchings and other paint imperfections. 

For those looking for that extra bit of perfection, from a quick single stage correction a 2 stage or into a 4 STAGE wet sanding detail to remove paint texture commonly used on show car prep / competition ready cars - I can cover it all, From swirl removal to full wet sanding services.

2 STAGE CORRECTION (Full)

 Most of the corrections I do are 2 stage - First with a heavy cut compound to remove scratches and swirls, then onto a polish to refine the paint . Any more stages   required is to ''refine'' the 2nd stage, cleaning up any imperfections that may have been installed from the correction process. Most corrections leave my job   virtually new, often displaying a freshly painted car.

 A two stage will remove all swirls and scratches ,possibly involve some wet sanding in isolated areas to remove the deeper marks and then refined to a glass finish, smooth to the touch. All paint is protected with wax/sealant or ceramic coat.

 Single stage

A single stage polish using a slight abrasive polish , it will remove very light swirls but not completely defect free, the car will be very shiny but lack that final stage. .

Other scratches and deeper swirls will still remain.

I normally only do these on newer cars as that is all they require to be back to perfection ,unless very mistreated, however if you want a ceramic without enhancements or corrections and just a straight decontamination and install I'm happy to do so but its not the best practice and will not reflect as well as finessed paintwork. 

Older cars will require a 2 stage . After the car is corrected the paint is protected with wax/sealant or ceramic/crystal coating.

WET SANDING (TEXTURE REMOVAL)

Wet sanding is a process that removes the texture from a cars paint its also used to remove deeper isolated scratches. Cars that have had bad paint repairs in the past need this process to get the required finish. Wet sanding cuts deeper and faster than a 2 stage correction and is used mainly to remove texture for a flat paint finish. New cars take longer to sand and polish and the price is drastically increased based on the price of sanding discs and the time consuming process. I would only recommend it for fixing bad repairs or if you want to display your car and take home 1st place trophy's.

a sanded car will always reflect light better than a semi textured car
